Kimberly Rutigliano is the Senior Director and Portfolio Manager of Global Online and Continuing Education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in education, spanning from early childhood development through adult lifelong learning.  In addition to being an educational administrator, speaker, and corporate trainer, she is also an academic researcher who studies how interpersonal relationships and communications impact organizational learning and business outcomes.

 She earned a BA degree from SMU in Psychology and Spanish and a dual international MBA from Texas Tech University and La Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City before graduating with her doctorate in Higher Education in 2018.

She is a PMP certified project manager and has been a certified CoreClarity facilitator since 2015.  Dr. Rutigliano regularly provides strengths-based training for businesses and nonprofit organizations.
